Braver is an executive coaching and neurodiversity consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. 

Founded by Mark Scully in February 2024 originally as Braver Coaching & Consulting, Braver provides coaching, training and consulting services to organisations looking to support their neurodiverse workforce i.e. all of their workforce.

While originally focussed solely on executive coaching and neurodiversity training, the company’s services have expanded with the addition of coaching associates specialising in specific focus areas, such as ADHD Coaching. We also cater for a wider array of neurodiversity consulting services to organisations beyond simply neurodiversity awareness training, such as:

• Neuroinclusive management training
• Neurodiversity training for HR professionals
• Reasonable accommodations training
• Neuroinclusive communications training for employee & public relations
• Media training
• Copywriting on neurodiversity related matters including policies and guidance
• Connecting relevant professionals such as occupational therapists, consultants etc, with organisations.

Braver’s clients include professional representative bodies, professional service organisations, Irish SMEs, public bodies and not-for-profits. 

Reflecting the expansion of our service lines beyond our original vision, in October 2025 Braver Coaching & Consulting was rebranded simply to “Braver“.
