I was delighted to join the wonderful Hannah Daly and Jen Ryan on their podcast, Predictably Good, where...
The above video is a free webinar which Braver hosted on 20 March 2025 for Neurodiversity celebration week....
Mark is a powerhouse presenter and a leading specialist in neurodiversity who brings energy, warmth, and expertise that instantly engages any audience. His sessions demonstrate a deep knowledge which he has gained through his personal and professional life. He creates moments that are both thought-provoking and deeply relatable. Attendees leave his sessions informed, inspired, and ready to put his insights into action. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark as a speaker, subject-matter-expert and panellist for your organisation.
Over the course of the past year, I have had several one-on-one sessions with Mark to prepare myself for various PR/media and speaking initiatives that I have been involved in on behalf of Codex, including a feature on RTE. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable on neurodiversity and has been a valuable support to me, the leadership team (and the larger organisation) in ensuring a better sense of comfortability and awareness in speaking on the topic. He made me feel completely at ease from the first session and goes above and beyond in seeing that we have the most up-to-date information and messaging clear in my head. I would have no reservations in recommending Mark for other CEOs or senior leaders looking for consultancy and support on this topic.
Mark’s session on Neurodiversity Awareness at our Company Conference was a real highlight. He has such an engaging, relatable style that immediately put people at ease and encouraged open, honest discussion. What really impressed me was the lasting impact. Since the training, I have noticed more awareness and sensitivity in how our teams work together and managers are taking extra care to consider different working and communication styles. It was an hour that delivered genuine value - both in building understanding and in making small but important changes that will benefit our people and our culture well into the future.
Codex were lucky to work closely alongside Mark Scully from Braver in developing their ‘Neuroinclusion in the Workplace’ report that launched in 2025. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with on this large-scale project– he went above and beyond from organising brainstorming and strategy sessions to help myself and the Codex Marketing team tease out to concept, to carrying out lots of independent research and co-authoring the final report. This project and initiative grew legs over the many months we were working together, but Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, adaptable and accommodating in working to ensure that we all had a final product that we all felt incredibly proud of. We have already worked with Mark on many different projects/trainings across the business and would not hesitate to recommend him to other organisations that are looking to improve their neurodiversity awareness in any capacity.
We have engaged Mark to provide training to members and staff and he has participated as a panellist at several of our events. Mark is a very engaging speaker and connects easily with the audience. He has extensive knowledge which he imparts in a compelling manner. He has enthralled audiences with his insights and the sharing of personal lived experiences. The feedback from our members and colleagues has been very positive with Mark’s content and delivery style making a real impact.
It was my privilege to have Mark Scully join us as a guest speaker at the first group session for the National College of Ireland Certificate in Harnessing Neurodiversity in the Modern Workplace. Mark spoke without slides for 90 minutes and all present were enthralled by his openness, honesty, and wisdom in the area of Autism and diversity. It is a fortunate occurrence that Mark's Autistic diagnosis has led him to a career in coaching and consulting. Having spent a short time with Mark, I felt enriched and more at ease with my own diversity. Any organisation of any size could benefit from this man's wisdom.
As part of our larger neuroinclusion initiatives at Codex, Mark delivered a series of different trainings to our entire ~100 person organisation on the subject of ‘Neuroinclusive Conversations’. Mark does an excellent job of making his sessions funny, engaging and above and beyond all else, human. By weaving in his own experience and story, Mark is able to deliver a very impactful training that centres on the importance of neuroinclusion and how each single one of us can be more aware of our language and communication in our workplaces and day-to-day lives. We have subsequently worked with Mark on other trainings across the company and have already recommended him to others who are looking for similar sessions in their own companies. He’s a gem!
