About Mark
Mark Scully is the founder of Braver, an executive coaching and neurodiversity consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland.
Mark originally qualified as a Barrister in 2011 before becoming a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, spending 12 years in professional services. Following his own autism diagnosis in 2021, Mark immersed himself in the discourse and research on neurodiversity, returning to higher education to gain the knowledge to appropriately advise others on workplace best practices. Since founding Braver, Mark has delivered training to several high profile professional bodies, appeared in national print media, podcasts, and spoken internationally on neurodiversity in the workplace.
During his time in professional services, Mark realised his passion for coaching and became an EMCC Accredited Coach. Mark leans on his years of his experience leading and managing teams in providing executive coaching to young professionals, junior and middle management. He undergoes regular coaching supervision and abides by the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. Mark does not view himself as a neurodiversity coach, he is an executive coach who adopts neuroaffirmative practices for the benefit of all coachees.
Through Braver’s coaching and neurodiversity services, Mark wants to help Irish organisations become more inclusive for the benefit of all their employees.
